After over 10 years at 3800 North Fairfax Drive, Corporate Zen is moving to a new office at the end of August. This will be Corporate Zen’s second move in its roughly 15 years of existence. Why are we moving? Our landlord decided to sell the office where we are now. Rather than try to stay and negotiate with whoever buys the space, we decided it was a good time to move on. Change can be good.

Our current office is in a great location- just a block from the Virginia Square Metro station. We’re surrounded by loads of great restaurants for lunch and nice bars for happy hour. Plus, Han, Chief Technology Officer, and Rob, Creative Director, can both walk to the current location. So, we didn’t want to go far from where we are now. That turned out to be a little harder than we initially thought.

While there is tons of empty office square footage in Arlington, there are very few spaces that are the right size for us. After a failed attempt to find another company to split a large space with us, we finally got lucky and found one that’s perfect. And, it’s only 2 blocks from our current office – Han and Rob can still walk to work and we still have great places to eat and drink! The new office will be about a block from the Ballston Metro station. This keeps our office accessible to our clients and employees, and it also makes it easy for us to go and meet with our clients at their offices. (Not that we mind driving to client offices when needed or when Metro has an issue.)

The new CZ office will be gutted and completely redone before we move in. We’re also getting new furniture. So it really will be a fresh start. We are excited! In case you want to drop by or need to mail us something, the new address is:

We’ll start the move on Friday, August 26th and continue through the weekend with the goal of being all settled in when we open on Monday, August 29th. During this time, our phones and test servers may be down temporarily. However, we will have access to our email throughout the move. So, if you have an urgent request, just email us, we’ll be checking our email throughout the move.
