Content Manager
Management system that allows site administrators to modify copy and content using a web based form. All copy changes are automatic.
Highlights/Copy Block Editor
Allows administrators to edit copy in various places on a site. Examples include a comment over an image, a small amount of information, or a message on the homepage. The highlights include specific areas on a page where text changes each time the page is refreshed.
Press Releases/ News Manager
Allows a site administrator to manage a company’s promotional materials and news on-line. The management application allows adding, editing and archiving of press material. When new information has been added to the site, a web administrator can link articles to specific material. Articles may be added, edited and deleted from a newsletter.
Feedback/ Contact Us
Collects feedback information from site users. Once data has been submitted, the site administrator has the ability to review, respond, edit or delete the material.
Data Exporter
Allows the web administrator the ability to export database information into a text file and import the file into any application used by the organization. The exporter is custom designed to siphon web-collected data the company would like to download.
Operator / Permissions Manger
Allows the company to define who its web administrators will be, and what site functions they will be permitted to manipulate. The company can have many administrators controlling various aspects of a company web site.
Work Process and Project Flow System
Allows company employees to initiate new projects, assign tasks to that project and record all effort involved in the completion. As a web based project flow system, employees across the globe can enter into the work effort through their Internet connection. All projects, and task information can be added, edited and deleted through the system by filling information onto web-based forms. Project managers have the ability to go into the work flow system and view project status in real time, including individual task status and project overview. This system was designed as an intranet type of application for company use and viewing only, not necessarily for overall public consumption.
Meta Tag Manager
Assists in site placement in search engines. The web administrator assigns keywords and descriptions that are specific to the content of each site page. This amount of detail used in the creation of meta tags increases the likelihood of the site being recognized by search engines. Meta tag keywords and descriptions can be added, edited and deleted as the content of the page changes.
Inventory Manager
Allows an online business to retrieve current company inventory of products or services. The tool also allows management of inventory flow and analysis of market trends.
Orders Manager
Displays a customer’s order, shipping information, contract or discount information, order balance and method of payment. The tool allows a site administrator to view, manage and edit all past, present and current orders on a site.
Discount Application
Allows the site administrator to place discounts on specific items. The discounts can be applied to all customers, or specific customers. Another feature of this application is that discounts can vary according to customer loyalty and purchase history.
Shopping Cart
Allows users to compile items into a virtual “cart” while shopping a web site. The shopping cart will display and tally all items and create a final total. This is usually in conjunction with a merchant account, allowing purchaser credit cards to be billed directly. The shopping cart feature also allows approved employees within a company to access the company account, and large accounts to by-pass billing by having an account payment arrangement.
Twitter / Facebook Integration
Allow your users to share information about your website on Facebook and Twitter. This can generate a lot of traffic to your website in our experience.
Event / Calendar Manager
Allows an organization to display their events on-line. Within a calendar format, a user may click on an event they are interested in to view a more detailed description. These event records may be adjusted and catalogued by the site manager.
Newsletter Manager
Allows a company the ability to manage online newsletters. The web administrator adds articles for display to the public. When users click on an article title, the entire article will open. Web administrators have the ability to edit, delete and archive all newsletters and articles.
Quiz / Survey Manager
Allows web administrators to create quizzes and surveys on the site and successfully manage the results as users participate. All survey results can be displayed for the public to see, or kept confidential for corporate research. Quiz/survey records can be added, edited, deleted and archived through web based administrator forms.
Threaded Discussion Group Manager
Provides users with the ability to participate in an open discussion group. All parties’ responses may be displayed on the site. The tool allows a web administrator the ability to manage the discussion group and approve user remarks before disseminating them to the public. User topics and comments can also be archived, edited, or deleted.

Graphic User Interface
The pages within an application are designed to allow users to flow through navigation of a site. Wording, graphics and application buttons are provided to help the user quickly arrive at their necessary destination on a page.
Navigational Consistency
By establishing and maintaining consistent flow, users manipulating your company web application are able to move through the different content pieces effortlessly.
Intuitive Content Flow
Without having to search for the information and results they desire, a well thought-out content flow allows the user a positive experience while using the site. Intuitive content flow will motivate users to return to the site time and again.
Client / Member Manager
Allows a web administrator the ability to manage client and membership data. Data may be filtered into specific categories for easy management. Includes the ability to add, update or delete new or existing client/member records.
Resume / Job Bank
Allows full functionality for both the user and the site administrator. Users may view current jobs on line and use a web-based form to submit their information to positions they are interested in. The web administrator has the ability to view the resume, make notes to the applicant’s record and email the applicant if the resume is a fit for an opening. Once a position is closed, resumes and jobs can be archived and re-visited should a similar position open within the organization.
Mass Emailer
Allows the web administrator to target specific populations from the database to receive a company email. The tool was designed for organizations with a large client or membership base. The application lets the user insert text, test the mailer and send it out.

Flash
Flash is an animated graphics application that can be used to bring a power point presentation on-line, create an interactive navigational experience or display a movie slide show. Because of Flash’s amazing flexibility, it can be used to manipulate many different functions, providing the user with a unique web experience.
YouTube Integration
Integrate YouTube clips directly into your website. This not only lets your users view the video clips, but lets them know that you are aware of new technologies like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
Efficient Database Design
All existing data is received in an initial meeting with the client. Corporate Zen reviews the data and designs the new database. The information is structured to reduce waste of database space.

Existing data structures and content will first be reviewed and evaluated for consistency and organization. It is then arranged into a system that will allow for easy retrieval and analysis.
