As our name implies, we bring tranquility to the chaotic world of IT. We are highly service-oriented. Many of our clients had been frustrated and disenfranchised from past experiences with unresponsive web development vendors. Others mention that while their vendor was responsive, the response itself lacked understanding of key issues.
We focus on timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction above all else. New clients are paired with a project manager who will be attentive to client needs and personally manage the development effort. We believe the client deserves a vendor whose approach is hands-on and produces results.
