Problem: Qualatech needed a support and ticketing system which could allow employees to login, track and update the status of their various daily jobs.
Custom Solution: Corporate Zen created a customized solution which allows Qualatech to place each job into a comprehensive ticketing system. The system allows each employee to easily scan new, active, pending and closed tickets. Clients can also log in and create their own tickets for review.
When a new ticket is made, it contains fields for the client, subject, priority, open date, due date, assigned staff, detailed description and any relevant attachments. An employee sees this ticket, performs the work necessary and is then able to log their work. When logging the work, the employee can change the ticket status, write staff notes, record their hours and describe the work they performed.
The system also stores and organizes client information, keeps a tally of hours spent vs hours approved and generates employee productivity reports.
